About me

People describe my approach as: Empathetic, honest and open, positive and goal oriented

About me & my vision
My name is Bram Roelink and I help people that want to change (something) and get more out of their lives, career or company. People that are looking for personal development, more luck, succes, a better work-life balance or less worrying. Reaching this is not easy and several obstacles can be in the way which takes energy away. It is my passion to help you with your personal development which is beneficial for the rest of your life.

My motto: Try everyday to do a bit more of what gives you energy and to do a bit less of what costs you energy.

Background
Since my childhood I’ve been interested in motives and behavior of people. I observed people and their behavior. What is behind behavior and why are so many people not doing what makes them happy.
After I sold my first company in 2015 I’ve been coaching entrepreneurs, parttime and just for fun. And because this gave me so much energy I decided to further specialize and educate into coaching and training. My practice is the result of doing more and more of what really gives me energy. Since that moment I’m working fulltime as coach & trainer and focus on business, career, and personal coaching and provide trainings.
Besides my years as entrepreneur I’ve been working for FrieslandCampina and for Calco, where I coached trainees during their traineeship.

Education
During my study Political Science I specialized in leadership. After that I did several  trainings in personal development and management development.
I did my coaching education at NONONS  and my NLP education at Robin Stevens. I try to keep developing by doing new studies and via peer review with fellow coaches. I am affiliated with the NOBCO, The Society of NLP and the EMCC and follow the International Ethical Code (IEC) that they prescribe.

Education:

"Bram is really interested and because of his active listening and good questions I was able to manage and understand my thoughts. Via a small exercise which I could finish from home I managed to answer some important life questions. I'm still very happy with it!
