About me

People describe my approach as: Empathetic, honest and open, positive and goal oriented

About me & my vision
My name is Bram Roelink and I coach and train leaders, (young) professionals, entrepreneurs and teams. People that want to develop and get more out of their career, life or company.  Several obstacles can be in the way which takes energy away. It is my passion to help individuals and teams growing (again), a growth which is beneficial for the rest of their life.

My motto: Try everyday to do a bit more of what gives you energy and to do a bit less of what costs you energy.

Background
Since my childhood I’ve been interested in motives and behavior of people and organisations. I started my career as entrepreneur and after I sold my company in 2015 I started coaching parttime. I worked for Calco, where I prepared and managed trainees, and for FrieslandCampina where training was part of my role. And because coaching and training gave me so much energy I decided to further specialize in it. My practice is the result of doing more and more of what really gives me energy. Since that moment I’m working fulltime as coach & trainer and focus on 1 on 1 coaching, leadership developement, trainings and driving factors analyses

Education
During my study Political Science I specialized in leadership and international relations. After that I did several  trainings in personal development and management development.
I did my coaching education at NONONS  and my NLP education at Robin Stevens. I try to keep developing by doing new studies and via peer review with fellow coaches. I am affiliated with the NOBCO, The Society of NLP and the EMCC and follow the International Ethical Code (IEC) that they prescribe.

Education:

"Bram is really interested and because of his active listening and good questions I was able to manage and understand my thoughts. Via a small exercise which I could finish from home I managed to answer some important life questions. I'm still very happy with it!
